Roles & Responsibilities :-
  • Share regular feedback with the agents Identify areas of opportunity and develop action plans Implement the action plans in a timely fashion Gauge the efficacy of the training/coaching intervention.
  • Have weekly and monthly reviews with the Operations Team Accomplish any other associated task with regard to the role that is played.
  • Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time.
  • Overall must have ability to work with a team with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
  • Proactive and focused on Metrics.
Skills required :-


  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time.
  • Demonstrate presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate Excel skills and Reporting knowledge.
  • Should be able to drive Continuous Improvement in the process.
  • Provide customized training programs


Shifts :- Candidates applying and selected for the job will be expected to work in night shifts. Shifts will be 24x7 in nature and can vary depending on geographies supported 


Eligibility criterion :-



  • Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (10+2+3)
  • Work Experience : 12-48 Months
