Job Role:
The Recruiter would be responsible for recruiting and delivering potential candidates as per the client's requirements in a timely manner. In order to be successful in this role, the Recruiter must be motivated, energetic, have strong communication/negotiating skills and work well in a team setting.
He/She will be working on direct client requirements in coordination with team.
Understand client requirements through calls/meetings with Account Managers or Resource Managers
Utilize a host of resources to find qualified candidates for identified requirements (Job Boards, Networking, Referral Networks, SIGs, and Internet Searches etc.)
Selling positions to qualified candidates
Ensuring that you have a successful match between candidate/client
Responsible for handling recruitment for US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.


  • Qualification: Graduate/ PG (IT/Computer Science/Pharma/Biology/Biotechnology is mandatory)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ready to work in US Shift - 6:30 pm - 3:30am.
